1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any services provided by OwlStack Agency (“OwlStack”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific services you use.

2. Services

OwlStack offers web development, branding, design, and consulting services. All deliverables and timelines will be clearly communicated via formal proposals and contracts.

3. Project Scope and Changes

• a. Scope: The scope of each project will be defined before work begins. Any changes may result in revised timelines or additional fees.
• b. Change Requests: Any additional requests outside the original scope require a change order and may incur extra charges.

4. Payments

• a. Invoices: Invoices will be issued based on milestones or as agreed in the service contract.
• b. Late Payments: Late payments may incur a 5% fee per month or part thereof.
• c. Payment Methods: Accepted methods include credit card, bank transfer, or digital wallets as agreed.

5. Intellectual Property

All original content and assets created by OwlStack remain our property until full payment is received. Upon completion and full payment, ownership transfers to the client unless otherwise stated.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality and not disclose sensitive information to any third party without prior consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

OwlStack shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. The client agrees to pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OwlStack operates.
